HISTORY

23 YEARS OF AB GROUP

1993

During the new economy development in Vietnam, in 1993, A&B was established as a construction company which specialised in executing industrial zones, hotels, resorts, factories and showrooms for Japanese and other well reputed international groups. Particularly, we offered prestigious contract packages to Honda, Hazama, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Waco, Rohto, Mabuchi Motor Vietnam, Hallavimexpile Concrete, Prudential and Hitachi. This allowed us to form the strategic partnerships with top eminent corporations that initially established our reputation.

1996

In 1996, A&B extended the business scope to interior equipment design, execution and distribution in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia market. During this period, we not only started manufacturing high-quality wooden furniture but also offered bid packages including various and luxury interior furnishing supply to Nokia and Samsung located in South and Central Vietnam. Additionally, Motorola Ha Noi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh city were also our partners whom we provided our showroom system construction service.

2003

From 2003, A&B has shifted its path into real estate sector and aimed to become one of the professional real estate investors in Vietnam which mainly focused on luxury projects in Ho Chi Minh city, Binh Thuan, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc. Specifically, the company highlighted the strategic vision of establishing high-class resorts chains along Vietnam’s beautiful shoreline.

2008

Our A+ office tower, located at 76A Le Lai, District 1, HCMC, came into operation.

2009

The L’Anmien beach resort was launched in Mui Ne – Phan Thiet and this marked the first milestone in our adventure of luxury property investment

2011

A&B formed a strategic alliance with Minor Hotel Group, which resulted in the rebranding of L’ANMIEN to Anantara Mui Ne Resort and Spa and five-star hotel standards. This partnership allowed A&B to pursue larger opportunities in the competitive market but most importantly, it built a strong foundation for us in actualising the ambition of becoming the leader in lodging and hospitality industry.

2016

Our firm robustly expanded the business by implementing a handful of new projects namely Nam Nghi Phu Quoc Island, A&B Nha Trang Central Square, 5-star Hon Heo Resort.
